K2 Networks and Vivox have announced an agreement to bring voice chat to "WarRock," the free to play first-person war simulation game.
"Currently in open Beta and set for release in early 2007, War Rock is a team-based, player-vs-player FPS where players have the option to purchase access to a wide variety of gameplay enhancing items and services - or play the complete game as it is without ever paying a dime. War Rock is populated by thousands of players at any given time, all over the world.
Vivox will provide K2 Network with customized voice communication services that are integrated with War Rock. Players will be able to talk with everyone on their team in the game and with friends and other players in the game lobby. All voice communication is delivered via The Vivox Network in order to ensure no lag in game play."
