Linux Quake IV goes live

id Software has released the client/server patch allowing Linux users to play the Linux version of Quake IV. This version requires that the user has a copy of the Windows retail game - you have to copy the Assets files from it and you will need the CD Key.

The 18.3MB patch is available to download from 3dgamers, Gamer's Hell, FileFront, VGPro, Game Guru, or Worthplaying.
