With Halloween right around the corner I figured this would fit. I meant to post this contest earlier in the week but I was extremely busy with exams and assignments. Again, the possible prizes you can win include a copy of Quake IV, Myst V, or a $50 gift card to Ebgames (or whatever store you prefer).
-There is a thread in the forums where entrants will have to post a picture of themselves in some sort of Halloween costume (the photo/costume must be work safe…nothing inappropriate).
- In order to eliminate cheating, entrants must print off this page (pdf file with our logo on it) and hold it up in the photo.
- When you post your photo in the forums be sure to state which prizes, in order, you want (rank them). If you only want Myst or the $50, just put those two. If you are interested in all three but want Quake IV the most put that at the top (in numbered order) of your list.
- The contest will last two weeks -- ending on November 18th -- and at the end of the deadline the 2404 staff members will pick the winners.
- We will try to get the prizes out as soon as possible but please allow up to three weeks in case we run into something.
- Hopefully everyone will have fun with this. You don’t have to worry about putting your pic on the internet because you can wear a mask!
- One last note – the contest is not open to current or former 2404 staff members but is open to people who have won prizes from us in the past.
