Ubisoft has released a new bonus map for "Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory", adding to the third-person action sequel by Ubisoft Montreal. The new ~10MB map is titled "Polar Base" and is available to download at the following locations:

Biological researches? Nuclear? High Tech Weapons? Or worse...
You have to infiltrate the compound, hack communications and sabotage
power generators in order to learn what is happening there.
