Fallout 3 Unbanned In Australia

Share |
On July 4th, 2008, "Fallout 3" was refused a rating classification in Australia by the OLFC (Office of Film and Literature Classification), effectively banning "Fallout 3" in Australia. Part of OLFC's report cited the video game's use of stims to boost a player's stats, which apparently were too similar to real-word drugs.

That changed today, however, as "Fallout 3" received a MA 15+ classification, indicating that anyone under the age of 15 would be barred from playing the game. Edits or censors have not been elaborated on, but be assured that some level of censorship has been enforced on the game to recieve a proper rating, unfortunately.
