Torchlight E3 Preview

Unabashedly a Diablo clone. And guess what? A former Blizzard North employee is involved in the project. If you liked Diablo I and II, then you’ll probably like Torchlight.

Click on guys to kill them and grab what they have. That is the game. Only the single-player component was shown, which consisted of me, yeah, clicking on guys to kill them. There’s not much to write about. I liked killing guys and taking what they have. The graphics were colorful, the killing felt good and crunchy and then I moved on to the rest of the show.

The release structure of the game is a bit odd. First, the single-player component will come out by the end of this year and then the multi-player component will come soon after. The developer I spoke to stressed that the multi-player will be free to play and the only things you’ll pay for will only affect your character’s general aesthetic and only their aesthetic. It was important enough to mention it twice, even though I nodded and responded vocally to it the first time. And really, that is quite and important point. The multi-player component will be free to play and the only things you’ll pay for will only affect your character’s general aesthetic. Again, the multi-player component will be free to play and the only things you’ll pay for will only affect your character’s general aesthetic
