Blueberry Garden E3 Preview

Share |

Someone left the faucet on and you need to gather the giant objects to build a tower high enough to fly to the faucet and then turn it off. That’s Blueberry Garden and for its simplicity, it’s a lot of fun. The game amounts to some standard platforming, finding massive fruits and vegetables to craft something tall enough to glide to your objective.

There’s not much to go on about, but there’s a nice underlying tension as you’re laying. The water level does take awhile to rise, but knowing that you’ll drown very soon keeps things moving. A fun game, but there’s very little to it. The game just came out on Steam at a price point of 5 bucks, that’s fair.
