First off the Solo Missions, suck. There is no suspense like in the first, and just jumps into BORING action. Remember how cool the first was, where you were put on an unknown base where you thought things were going to pop out, while they didn’t? Well Primal Hunt just tosses enemies at you. Nothing special. To put the picture in your head, its kind of like playing a multi-player game on LAN against BOTS……lots of Stupid BOTS…….
All the solo missions make you seriously want to return the game. The Predator missions are boring and repetitive, while the Alien missions are frustrating and confusing. Even the Corporate missions take the life out of you. All they do is throw countless aliens at you and expect you to shoot them down, and then move onto the next area to do the same. The only thing that even remotely makes up for the time to install, is the multi-player, but even then its just a polished up version of the old with a few new maps and gadgets. At first I was excited about the new “Sentry” feature, (Since in TFC i’m obsessed with being an engineer) but really its nothing special. You simply find a sentry that’s just on the ground, pick it up, and then put it down, and BOOM it’s activated. The animation is horrible and doesn’t even look remotely cool. Trust me there’s no reason to buy this expansion, it’s a waste of time, money, and the gas to get it.
The Good:
• Multi-Player is okay
• The new 360 Degree motion tracker is interesting to look at

• All the solo missions suck
• Sentries are pointless
• Hardly anyone plays this game online
• No suspense

• The box art is semi-cool looking
